Kylie Jenner Hires A-List Home Stager To Help Sell $22 Million Mansion

Kylie Jenner has a number of stunning properties to her name, but she’s trying to let go of one of them – her $22 million Beverly Hills mansion.

The makeup mogul originally bought the property in 2018 for $13.5 million. She split the cost with her on-and-off partner, Travis Scott, whom she now shares two children with. However, the couple put the home on the market in October for $21.9 million, and they’re still trying to find a buyer for it.

Kylie recently hired Meredith Baer, a professional home stager, to help get the house ready for the market. Speaking to PEOPLE, Meredith explained that she wanted the house to still reflect Kylie’s personal taste.

"We wanted to nod to Kylie's love of the blush and nude colors that she uses in her skincare line," she explained. "Overall, the style is what we would call organic modern. So, a lot of the furniture is very, very natural, peaceful, simple. At the same time, we have edgy, bold art and a lot of unique pottery pieces."

Meredith continued, “What's interesting is they didn't tell us what to do. We picked up the cue of her own taste. The colors and looks that she loves are what guided, so it was like an homage to her."

Meredith is no stranger to working with A-list clientele. In fact, she’s been hired by several Kardashian-Jenner family members, including Kylie’s older sister Kim Kardashian.

Kylie’s Beverly Hills mansion features over 9,680 square feet of living space. It comes with 7 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, and includes features like imported stone, oak flooring, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

The home sits on 1.1 acres of land, which offers sprawling views of the Los Angeles skyline. It boasts a variety of outdoor amenities, including a resort-like pool, a spa, a built-in barbecue, and a manicured garden.

The estate also comes with a guest house as well as garage space for 3 vehicles.

With a reported net worth of close to $1 billion, it’s no wonder that Kylie has several homes to her name. In 2020, the Kylie Cosmetics founder bought a mansion with 15,000 square feet of living space for a cool $36.5 million.

The same year, she also bought an empty lot in Hidden Hills for $15 million, and reportedly has plans to build a custom house with over 18,000 square feet of living space.

Considering Kylie’s reported plans to build her dream home, it may explain why she’s currently looking to let go of her Bel Air mansion.
